How I Start: The Site Walkthrough 

Step 1: The Walkthrough

I always come see your space in person first.

• The Timing: I do this exactly 48 hours before your project starts.

• The Plan: I look at your space together and plan the new layout.

• The Gear: We figure out exactly what bins or containers are wanted if any.

Our Rules on Go-Day 

• Flat-Rate Guarantee: You pay for the result, not the clock. If I clear your space in 2 hours, your flat rate stays unchanged.

• The 3-Hour Block: Standard flat-rate pricing covers up to 3 hours of focused, high-speed systematic organization.

• The 30-Minute Sort: I need you present for the first 30 minutes or so for rapid "Keep, Toss, or Donate" choices. After that, I work solo.

• Overage Coverage: If unexpected scale or delays exceed 3 hours, extra time is billed at $75 an hour.  

Deposits & Cancellations

Booking Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to lock in your booking date. This goes directly toward your total package price.

Cancellation: You must cancel or reschedule by our scheduled walkthrough date to get your deposit back.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel after the walkthrough date, the $50 deposit is nonrefundable.

On-Site Add-Ons 

• Standard Pantry (+$100): For standard cabinet stacks or shallow reach-in shelves.

• Walk-In Pantry (+$150): For high-capacity walk-in layouts.

• Master Bathroom (+$100): Organization for drawers, vanity countertops, and under-sink areas.

• Hall Linen Closet (+$75): Symmetric folding, neat towel stacks, and quick-bin setups.
